ELIZABETH HARPER has worked in the transportation planning field since 1979, primarily in travel demand modeling. She has worked in many types of organizations – from MPOs to State DOTs to consulting firms – and has provided wide ranging experience in travel demand model application, development, and application of information management systems and GIS in travel modeling and planning. Ms. Harper is a proven project manager with strong communication skills and a commitment to quality products and services.
